- Technical expertise: action plans, budget and management control, investment projects, operation efficiency, cost-cutting, and transformation projects from design to implementation.
- Net Zero Governance, and ESG strategy: situation analysis, market and regulatory issues, integration into corporate strategy, translation into action plans and associated management.
- Energy: strategic impact, risk assessment on availability/cost/carbon, remediation plan including decarbonation, energy efficiency, energy sourcing.
- Over 30 years of diverse experience in the Telecom, Digitization, IT, Field force management, Energy, and Environment in Europe, Africa & Middle East.
- Multicultural and multidisciplinary teams’ leadership operational experience.
